At LIGHT Helmets, we are committed to providing athletes with superior protection and performance; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging to ensure the safety and integrity of the equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your reason for the return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your helmet is tracked securely.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the helmet and any accessories in the original box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our safety technicians inspect the return, we will issue a full refund or ship your exchange.
